Alright thanks for the clarification. Believe Dash pre paid cards should be available across all corners of the globe, it brings real life application to using Dash and increases general adoption.

When you say all users are you including users outside of Europe or USA?How many countries will the card be available?

We honestly assumed that documentation would be required for the final proposal stage, as we are now just hoping to secure the 5 Dash required for the proposal fee. If MNOs are not happy with that I request that documentation during the discussions that will take place with the bank in Jan.
