You can tell them about it being digital cash. You can spend it anywhere in the world, no more converting currencies when travelling or shopping online; a true world currency! :grin: You should also mention that fungibility, instant payments and scalability are important to have in a world-wide...

I do see your point, but I think the position BTC/XBT got itself into with the two different tickers is an absolute mess.. I would try to avoid this for Dash if possible..

It will be so much easier writing "dashd" instead of "darkcoind" :grin:

Hi, I can't believe I didn't stumble upon this project earlier! I would like to join if it's not too late :grin: I'm a Norwegian student going to one of the biggest universities here. I have been teaching friends and others (even a professor!:cool:) about Bitcoin and Darkcoin for a long time...

Let a script change every instance of "Darkcoin" with "Dash" in all languages :smile:

Sounds great, although I wish the ticker symbol would have been ISO compliant.. i.e. XDD, XDS or XDH. X because the currency isn't affiliated with any nation. Gold is XAU, silver is XAG etc. While nationalized currencies have the two first characters from country code: USD, CAD, AUD etc. Who...
