I concur this. Always mix with 16 rounds, minimum 8 if there's more time pressure. It's not that 4 rounds is insecure, it's just that the probability of tracing a PS transaction decreases exponentially as you chose more rounds.

You're clearly missing one of the .cl files (blake.cl) in the \kernel directory in the sgminer which you are using. Download one of the recent sgminer versions which includes all the required files and try again (see bitcointalk.org).
