I am not sure if your new pre-proposal is reaching out to new investors as much as just normal people. Getting "normal" people on board isn't much use at this moment, is it? I mean, unless the local shop accepts Dash... Shouldn't our budget go towards fitting out as many merchants as possible...

Yes, same PC. I didn't have the line rpcbind (not in guide) but I have closed everything, added it and tried again. Still same error.

Dash Qt on local machine. I added the config to the dash.conf and added the same RPC information into DMT. Dash Qt was running and fully sync'd when I tested connection.
