iBeLink™ DM11G ASIC Dash Miner Support Thread

Hi, Yes, you will need to open the case. The controller board will be located on top of the psu. The sd card should be located at the top left corner of the board. If reseating the card doesn't work, you can try to re-image the sd card with the DM11G firmware IB3.5.25

Hi, Currently we only have the open source code for the DM11G. There is no information about the open source code for the DM22G.

Hi, You will need to give it a few minutes. Since the share difficulty is currently high, it might take a while for those Blades to get work. If it is the same after 1 hr, then we can take a look at it.

Hi, Well, with PPS you are paid a fixed amount for every submitted shares based on the relative difficulty between the share and the block. PPLNS only looks at the last N shares to distribute the rewards of a new block to all miners. If your hash rates are higher than other miners, either...

Hi, Some of those parameters are no longer in use. Since our miners will auto restart when it detects issues, there is no longer a need to monitor some of those parameters.

Hi, There is a version cgminer-3.6.6. Currently you will need to update from the miner's web management page. There is no image file for that version.

Hi, You do not need to worry about the discards too much. Discards are work from blocks that are no longer valid to work on. This is usually due to latency with the pool, difficulty or even if the pool uses profit switching. There could be a difference in how ant pool is calculating hash...

iBeLink™ DM22G ASIC Dash Miner Support Thread

Hi, This is a difficult question and is mostly based on how much risk you want to take. If you are a believer of big risk big reward, you can go solo mine. If you are mostly for the steady reward, you can do pool mining. If you like to discuss this with other miners, you can join the Dash...

Hi, Yes, the lower the PLL the lower your hash rate. Power consumption should also decrease.

iBeLink™ DM22G ASIC Dash Miner Support Thread

Hi, Since our miners are ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit) machines, no firmware will be able to change the algorithm. Baikal Miner's machines as I understand are FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) which means they can use firmware to change the algorithms on their miner.

Hi, Please attach the picture again, your link is not working. Usually when hash rates are that high, it is usually a pool difficulty setting. If it starts out high and then drops down, it could be the pool automatically trying to find a good difficulty to set your miner. With the current...

Hi, Actually, I think we do pool mining but I guess you can try setting a difficulty of 16 to start. The invite link for Dash Nation Discord is dashchat.org

iBeLink™ DM11G ASIC Dash Miner Support Thread

Hi, The difficulty setting only tells how often to communicate with the pool. It also depends on your network connection and other factors. Setting a high difficulty uses less bandwidth since you only communicate every so often. A low difficulty setting uses more bandwidth because you are...

Hi, Ah ok. Yes, I think 380 is about the maximum you can set the PLL and be stable. You could go a little bit higher but not enough to make too big a difference. Sadly, the PLL is a bit limited by the 12V power output to so it is unlikely to go higher.

Hi, Are you not able to run at the default 380? Or are there other reasons that you want to lower the PLL? I am just curious.

iBeLink™ DM22G ASIC Dash Miner Support Thread

Hi, It would seem like those values are too high for the DM22G. The amount of power draw from the chips at those settings are more than 12V, this is more than any psu can supply. The miner is most likely resetting back to 380 to be able to run.

Hi, This is really getting away from what this thread is about. But I will answer you this last time. I do not get or see your ticket because I only assist on the forums so talking about your ticket with me is useless. If you have other issues to discuss, you are free to start your own thread.
