iBeLink™ DM11G ASIC Dash Miner Support Thread

Hi, Even though the DM22G uses the same chips and has more than the DM11G, they are not run at full power. Therefore each chip is not pulling as much power as in the DM11G but with more chips, they add up to be about the same power consumption as the DM11G but with faster hashing rate.

Hi, Have you tried other pools? There are some variations between different pools and some work better than others.

Hi, Looking at the readings from the web console page, everything looks normal. The MH/s 5s of course will vary a lot because it is looking at the hashrate of the last 5 secs. Sometimes it rate will dip down and sometimes the rate will be higher. Over a longer period of time, the MH/s avg...

Hi, Are you saying you are getting hashrates between 2700mh/s and 500mh/s? It could be due to many factors. Can you please provide a screenshot of your web console page?

Hi, The mining software is on the TF card, so when you re-image it will put the default version onto it. Just insert the TF card back into the miner and you should be set. When you try to set Static IP, you can try to use an IP Scanner afterwards to try to find it on your network.

Hi, Once again, please start your own thread if you are trying to sell. Especially if it's for a competitor. That is just rude. This is for technical issues and support.

Hi, In this case, you will need to re-image the TF Card. Here is the latest firmware image and instructions and software on how to create the image.

Hi, It is related to the Share Diff. At higher Share Diff, the Active Map will show low numbers while on a lower Share Diff, it will show all 16. It's just how it delegates work.

    New iBeLink 10.8 GH/s X11 miner

Hi, Can you explain what you mean by overheat? Our miners will adjust the PLL (clock setting) lower when a temperature of 38C is detected. Also, please update firmware to IB3.5.25. You can do that from the Config page at the bottom. Check the box next to Update and hit the "Update" button.

iBeLink™ DM11G ASIC Dash Miner Support Thread

Hi, Since the trigger for lowering the PLL is 38C, I am not sure how much benefit you would get going from 30C/36C to 25C/31C but you can try. There might be a slight increase in performance and efficiency at the lower temperature as the chips are less exposed to heat.

Hi, It should be the same as mining at a pool. You will need to have a url for your miner to connect. You will also need to have a username and a password if it is required. There are no settings you need to change for solo mining.

Hi, You can get the new firmware in the Configuration page. At the bottom, check the box next to Update and hit the Update button. The miner will then restart.

Hi, After putting in your pool information and saving the configurations, do a reboot and see if your pools are actually being saved. There is a new firmware IB3.5.25 that you can update if you haven't done that yet. Also, can you provide a screenshot of the web console page? I would like to...

Hi, Your H/W is only at 1% which is within reasonable limits. It doesn't mean your hardware is going bad unless you're getting high 70%. H/W is actually for math errors that occur during calculations as math errors equals hardware errors. Therefore if you get a lot of math errors, then there...

iBeLink™ DM11G ASIC Dash Miner Support Thread

Hi, The H/W stat is for monitoring hardware errors. All miners will have some errors that occur during hashing. The software has a trigger that will auto-restart the miner when H/W gets to a certain level. Under 10%-15% is ok, but would recommend restarting if it gets higher. If you get H/W...

Hi, Do you mean the solid blue LED light? The diode may have burnt out. As long as you see blinking blue LED lights on the blade, it means your boards are hashing.
