The Neo4j database is now automatically updated every 5 minutes so the charts are now near real time. It doesn't currently handle blockchain reorganizations correctly which might cause some inaccuracies in the data. This should happen quite infrequently but I will try to fix the issue.

    Pre-proposal: DashRadar development

Thanks for suggestions. I will try if I can reproduce the same issue on my laptop which has windows (and internet explorer) installed. All the charts currently have one data point per day but I think it might be worth down-samping them if users are experiencing performance issues. Someone could...

    Pre-proposal: DashRadar development

Charts are using chartjs which uses canvas element so it should be pretty fast. What browser are you using? I have only tested it on firefox and chrome and for me it works well on both of them. Is it slow only in the beginning or when you change dates or does it stay unresponsive?

Today I did some experiments with 3D graph visualization using ngraph.three. I might add 3D option to the transaction graph visualizer in the future.

Just changed "Fees per kB (Dash)" to "Average fee per byte (Duffs)". It still has decimals because it's an average.

    DashRadar development thread

Thanks for suggestions. I will definitely change fee chart to show in bytes, maybe also duffs. Everything is currently using mean but I will think about adding medians. I might need to precompute daily medians to the neo4j database as median can't be quickly computed from the current format...

I accidentally sent BitCoin Cash to a Bitcoin wallet

So you accidentally sent from bch address to btc address? I think in that case you can import the private key from the bitcoin wallet into the bitcoin cash wallet. What wallets are you using?

I accidentally sent BitCoin Cash to a Bitcoin wallet

That is wierd. Regular dash addresses start with 'X' but dfa79e8d3efc9909daaac8c79a542b7d24472614abe2ff8f167404a51abbf199 shows receive address starting with '1'

Time to lower PrivateSend fee, pretty please -- it's up to ~$6 USD!

Privatesend collateral payment is also ~$0.8 (0.001 dash) now. I don't think it would much make sense to mix 0.001 denominations if the collateral payment stayed the same. And I guess lowering the collateral payment would make privatesend more vulnerable to sybil attacks...

    Dash vs IOTA

I listened to the whole interview and it still didn't change my views on IOTA. Around 31:30 is interesting. First David Sønstebø is saying that devices using the asic would essentially have the same power consumption as devices not using it. Then he is saying that it would still somehow be...

    Dash vs IOTA

The problem as far as I know is that an attacker would only need to control more than 1/3 of the hashing power consumed by the network which might be very little since laptops and even smartphones should be able to do this work in order to send transactions. And if the required amount of work...

    Dash vs IOTA

I'm not interested in IOTA for the same reason I'm not interested in Ripple: centralization. As far as I know the security of the tangle relies on a "coordinator" node controlled by the IOTA foundation. This is very similar to Ripple in which Ripple labs is the sole validator of transactions...

Thanks. Let me know if you need help creating a specific chart. And yes I'm planning to create a page with the most interesting charts. When the feature is more ready I'll probably create a landing page with links to 1) The interactive graph explorer 2) The cypher module 3) Regular table based...

PrivateSend balance less than wallet balance
