Yes InstantSend might be a bit to expensive for this use-case but i think 0-conf transactions should work fine.

I guess the question is not who supports this but under what circumstances would one support this. I would support this change if it was necessary to get one or some big proposals passed that would only fail because of insufficient funds.

If at all this should come from both the Miners and the MasterNodes. And while I'm not totally opposed to the idea, so far things seem to have worked out and we have not lost any big projects due to insufficient funding.

Dash will have to switch to quantum proof algorithms other than that there should be no impact on Dash. And i think there is still a bit of time to do that but yea we should probably start thinking about that now.

As far as I understood it you can either choose $50,000 indollars or $30,000 indolars and $20,000 in Dash. But yes the indollars can only be used inside the system.

While I like this and the previous proposal will vote for it. It is still quite expensive which I think was the main reason the last one failed. So please make sure you have enough support before submitting.

You make it sound like it's the default for a user to win a bunch of stuff for cheap. But not everybody can win. This just sounds more and more sketchy. I will have to vote NO on this.
