Not sure, it has been a year or more since I mined with MINERD. But, I think you need to set the correct algorithm. Looking at your MINERD output it is showing "Scrypt" it should be "X11".

Here's a good rule of thumb to remember... If your time to share on P2Pool is greater than 1.5 days then you need more hashrate! Otherwise, you are just wasting your time.
