This function of allowing zero fee transactions along with the lower default fees was released in an update today on Google Play.

Thanks. That makes sense. The app does support sending transactions over bluetooth and NFC. This may help achieve some aspects of mesh networks.

I am somewhat active on this thread. We are aware that some users find some UI features missing or in hard to find places. We are open to more feedback as I would like to resolve some of these items.
