Hi, What temperatures are your miner reporting? The chips themselves will be hotter than the heat you will feel from the machine. If you can get a reading of around 35C, the PLL should be set to normal.

Hi, Our miners are specified to be 10.8Ghs, not 11Ghs. Running with an average of 10GHs is very close to spec. Remember that there are other factors that will affect the hashrates that are out of our control like pool settings, difficulty, network latency, etc. I will also test out those...

Hi, There is currently no news about upgrade kits to 22G yet. The PLL range is determined by many factors during testing and development. I do not believe it can be raised any higher.

Hi, You can try to find replacements on your own if you want. It might be faster and cheaper. If you can't find any, then you can try to get them replaced. Here are the fan specs: Model: FFC0812DE Specification: 80*80*38mm Voltage: 12v Current: 1.80A Speed: 5700RPM Air volume: 80.16 CFM...

Hi, What kind of hashrate are you getting and from what pools? We would like to know for reference.

Hi, I see that you have also submitted tickets for these issues. These might be similar to what they would reply. For issue 1, it sounds like a network connection issue if the miner is not going through the self test. Can you check if all the connections are plugged in securely? For issue 2...

Hi, I am sorry, there isn't any other settings you can change. It is mostly just a plug and forget system. You plug in power and ethernet cable, put in your pool info and it then runs itself. The software our miners use is most likely different from what Bitman uses so there will be some...

Hi, When you say the LED indicator is off, do you mean it is not lit? Not red or blue? It could be that the LED has burned itself out. From the screenshot, all the readings are indicating your hardware is still good. You are detecting 4 blades, 16 chips each and running at 600 PLL and low...

Hi, I am not sure which is better. I have not done much testing on temperature with the case open or closed.

Hi kitkit85, Aside from using 1 less hashing board, the PLL (clockrate) has also been lowered due to a high temperature. If you can bring that down to a reported temperature of around 35C, the PLL will be returned to normal and you should get a better hashrate. The normal (and highest) PLL...

Hi, The ones I've seen that fit our miner is in the 50dBA range. There are some smaller sized fans that are a little quieter but might not fit on the miner case.

Hi, There are no fans that run 5700 RPM with noise level of 20 dBA. If you want lower noise level, you will have to get a fan running at a lower RPM. Faster fans are louder than slower fans, that's just how they are.

Hi, The noise should be from the fans, those are the only moving parts of the miner. We don't have any recommendations for any fans that can produce the same amount of air movement and are less quiet. Here are the specs of our fans: Model: FFC0812DE Specification: 80*80*38mm Voltage: 12v...

Hi, First, I started with the recommended difficulty stated in their FAQ. They say for hashrates of 250MH+ to set 16384. In the Workers setup, I set the Share Difficulty to 32768 which is the next step up since the DM11G is faster than 250MH. I let the miner run for a bit and compare the...

I've played around with the difficulty a bit with the help of multipool. I found that on a low difficulty, my miner was reporting hashrates in the 30gh+ but the pool was only reporting 2-3gh. When the difficulty was raised higher, the miner started reporting normal hashrates and so was the pool.

iBeLink™ DM11G ASIC Dash Miner Support Thread

Hi, Ah I'm sorry, I misread that. The only thing I can think of is the low difficulty. The miner is probably hashing a lot faster than at a normal difficulty. As long as the miner is kept cool and you don't get a high H/W, you shouldn't have a problem.

iBeLink™ DM11G ASIC Dash Miner Support Thread

Hi, It does look like your hashrate is a little low but your hardware is showing nothing unusual. This might be caused by network issues (latency, ping, network traffic, etc). There is also a difference in how the miner and the pool calculates hashrate. By the way, what pool are you using? I...

After about an hr, I am still connected to multipool. You can try hitting the Config button to refresh and see if the pool will show the "stop" button again. Otherwise you may need to switch pools for a bit and then connect back. Has anyone else run into something similar or this exact issue...

Hi, When this happens, it is due to communication error between the miner and the pool. This is caused by either wrong url, port, or user information. Please double check that the information is still correct in the pool. You can do this by selecting the check mark box under the Pool heading...
