These budget proposals are the only budget proposals focused currently on Dash Marketing and PR.
Dash Growth and the Evolution Marketing Warchest are the two budget proposals that are already receiving budget funding.
The new Marketacross budget proposal (if approved) will use the accumulated funding of the Evolution Marketing Warchest.
Dash Growth is mostly just coverage on x, which in my view does not seem very effective when it comes to Dash Marketing and PR as
a lot of people have left x after Elon Musk took ownership of Twitter and made such a mess of it. People moved to alternatives after that (Bluesky for example, see my next post), while Dash Marketing & PR are still stuck on mostly x. Not to mention the hostility towards Elon Musk, when he became involved with the White House / DOGE and started to attend and throw his support behind far right political parties in Europe. That is currently backfiring on Tesla, and i suspect also on x.
Anyways, i just think Dash Marketing is drowning on x and the Dash PR message is getting lost there.
